Delivery

All pieces are handmade to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks including shipping for your order to arrive.UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For, unless an alternative shipping method has been agreed in advance.Once an order has been dispatched, AVA NIZAMIS is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of each piece, returns are not accepted unless an item is faulty or incorrect.

In these cases, items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
